It’s been a long two weeks as Hillcrest gets ready to open it new 75,000 sqft building known as the “Generations Building.” it’s name is derived from the many aspect of the building as it has something to offer for every generation young and old.

The new Atrium will be the hub of the campus and provides acces to Preschool and Children K-5 areas, the Worship Center and existing Pier Student Center. It also features a Coffee Shop and Bookstore and some very nice seating areas.

I have been hard at work the last two weeks getting all sorts of stuff ready. One of the bigger tasks was producing and duplicated some 40+ Sermon CD sets. Each sets has custom packaging for the series. Here are a few pictures of the process.

This is a birthday announcement that I created for Kai’s first birthday. Took a couple of photos of him in his Texas Longhorn apperal, and that was the theme for his party as well. I made two versions of the card, an announcement and an invitation.

I had a great photo of my wife and son and thought what a better way to honor both of them, then by creating a painting of the two of them. Now, I know he can’t appreciate it at this time in his life, but maybe one day it will be special to him. I presented this to my wife on her first mothers day.

Studio 3087 is a Design, Film, and Photo company that my brother in law and I started in 2006. We do freelance work through the company and its really just an outlet for us to do what we love and get cool gear. Anyway, here is the business card look that I designed in InDesign and Photoshop. Its a nice clean modern, slick, and reflective look.

This is the 2007 Christmas Card that I created for my family using Photoshop and my Nikon D70. The three photos in the frame were taken by Gregory V. Klimetz, and were not actually in the frame, but using the layers features in Photoshop and some masking the fit right in.
